This is my fav part of the movie when lugia comes back from the sea bed by the beautiful song that is played its just one of thoses moments lol 
i love how this came out (OMG! i like ong of my pictures) and might draw lugia again as this is my first time ever drawing him hope ya all like

CommentsSweet! Kickass job on the background. Darker shadows on the bottem may be nice to show the dramatic lighting, but that just splitting hairs.
